This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through BlackLineShit.com (“Website”), operated by K2 Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process, shipping timelines differ from traditional retail.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are custom printed after an order is placed.
Processing Time:
2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):
United States:
3–7 business days
International:
7–21 business days (varies by country)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather
- Customs processing
- Incorrect addresses
- Local delivery disruptions
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please contact the carrier directly first.
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
6. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Any additional local fees
Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery. We do not control these charges or delays.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the damage
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain regions if required by law or carrier restrictions.
9. Multiple Shipments
Because we use print-on-demand production partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
