1. Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders are custom-made after purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on size, fit, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us. We may work with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

5. How to Request a Review

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Final Sale Items
Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.

7. Shipping Charges
